Who we are

Family Explorer is an independent project operated by Vincienne Soler, based in Malta. Family Explorer is currently in its pre-launch phase. This website is used to introduce the project and allow visitors to subscribe for launch updates. No products are currently sold through this website, and no customer accounts are created.

What information we collect

At present, we collect only one piece of personal information:

• Your email address, if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter.

In addition, our website hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and server logs, for security, maintenance, and troubleshooting purposes. This information is not used to identify you or to track your browsing behaviour.

We do not currently use:

• Analytics services
• Advertising or marketing trackers
• User accounts
• Contact forms
• Payment processing

How we use your information

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address solely to:

• Send updates about the Family Explorer project
• Notify you when new products become available
• Occasionally send newsletters, news, or important announcements

Email marketing

Newsletter subscriptions are securely managed through Brevo, our email marketing provider. When you subscribe, your email address is securely transferred to Brevo and stored on their systems so we can send newsletters and launch updates.

Unsubscribing

You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by:

• Clicking the Unsubscribe link included in every email we send.
• Visiting our unsubscribe page.

Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive marketing emails from us.

Legal basis for processing

If you are located in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the European Economic Area, we process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you provide when you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.

Technical information processed by our website hosting provider, Vercel, such as server logs, is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining the security, integrity, and reliable operation of the website.

Data retention

We keep your email address only for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list.

If you unsubscribe, your email address will be removed from our active marketing list in accordance with Brevo's data management practices and applicable legal requirements.

Technical server logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary by our website hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

International data transfers
